More than we expected!!!

Loft 101 was amazing and the pictures do not do it justice! There was so much space in the loft, we had two families in the loft for a total of 9 people, 4 of which were kids and there was never any crowding.I also suggest you take advantage of the ski rental service as that was excellent and very time saving so we could spend more time on the slopes.

We were thrilled with the layout and the quality of all the amenities. The best part was the location. If you have kids, there is not a better place to stay. All of the activities for kids as well as the restaurants and coffee shops are within a couple minutes walk. You will not be disappointed.

The loft is very well designed and contains everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are very comfortable, and it would take a lot of people to feel over crowded. Winter Park Lodging Company was extremely helpful as usual, and I'll definitely continue booking all of my stays through them!

Everything was fantastic from the location to the condo to the service from winter park lodging...we had seven adults and six kids and no one had anything other than a great time...we will definitely want to stay in that unit again if it is available for our next trip ...the only issue we had was having two cars and had to pay to park one and could not keep it on the third floor of the garage ...other than that bravo...base lodge 101 Thx for everything Billy Davis

This condo is awesome! It was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We just loved staying here, couldn't ask for a more perfect location. Winter Park lodging Company is such a wonderful property management company! We have been a client for over 6 years and wouldn't use any other company for our vacation bookings in Winter Park. They are so professional and provide excellent customer service!

You Feel Like You're at Home

It is a bit of a challenge to find the place however, when you walk in the door you feel right at home. The place is clean, beds/pillows were perfect for everyone. Kitchen is best stocked kitchen I've ever seen. Only complaint is only 2 glasses and 7 wine glasses along with only 2 kitchen towels. The view is fantastic. Winter Park Logding Co employee was right there when we needed help locating the place, when we had a bit of a problem with pipe leaking under kitchen sink. Very professional management company. To satisfy 9 people is almost impossible however, Loft 101 fit all of our expectations and more.

This was the second year in a row my family stayed in base loft 101. It is possibly the best property in the village. The WPL staff is awesome! I hope to stay there again next year.

What a wonderful facility. Clean, well-kept, roomy. The kitchen was well-equipped and we were able to cook some nice meals with all the utensils that were provided. We had a great time that was enhanced by the nice condo. The staff was very helpful and checked with us frequently before, during , and after our stay. We had a bit of a hard time figuring out where the condo was located within the village, but once we found it, we loved the location. Tell the trash guys to quiet down a bit at the middle of the night trash collection.

Out family stayed at Base Loft 101 with 2 other families. It was perfect for a long weekend, with plenty of room for 6 kids to run aroung. It is nicely decorated and extremely clean. Extra blankets, pillows and all the culinary items you need. My only complaint was that it was hard to find because of the way the streets/condos are marked in that area.

Everything about this place rocked! You can not beat the location. The folks at Winter Park Lodging were very helpfull and easy to deal with. The home itself was beautifully decorated and come on 5 flat screens & 2 fireplaces! I would reccomend this place to anyone.

Base Village Loft 101 was a perfect place for our family ski place. It was roomy, well-appointed and gorgeous! The kitchen was well-stocked; the living areas were comfortable, warm (great fireplaces) and beautiful; the bathrooms were large and tasteful; and the bedrooms all had large, comfortable with rich bedding. We may never stay anywhere else when we ski.
