fabulous holiday
Reviewed by Texas Family of 4 on 1/4/2012
We had a wonderful Christmas holiday at Fraser Crossing Winter Park Lodging. The condo was right across the street from winter park village - very close to the lift. The condo was clean and new and comfortable. The heated parking was very nice and convenient. Christmas Eve in the village was wonderful! We loved it and will definitely stay there again.
We had a pleasant stay.

We found the condo to be clean, attractive and very quiet. Since The Village was closed down the entire complex was very quiet!
Manager's Response:
Thanks very much for the review. So glad you had a nice stay! Sarah, owner, Winter Park Lodging Company
very comfortable

Our stay was very relaxing, we enjoyed the location, the room and all the facilities. There was a fire alarm that was beeping in another room somewhere that was low on batteries the whole time but other than that it was a wonderful weekend getaway.
Manager's Response:
Thank you for taking the time to review FC 3405. If you ever have noise during your stay, call us 24/7 and we can get the building management to fix issues in other rooms no problem! Thank you again, Sarah B, owner, Winter Park Lodging Company
Beginning, middle and end of a perfect long weekend

Check in was a breeze, with friendly service and clear instructions on how to get to our condo and parking. Condo is within walking distance of very nice hiking and biking trails (and the base lift when/if you come to ski) and a stone's throw drive from the town. We were there off season, so all the shops in the resort itself weren't open - Starbucks and another coffee shop were - but that wasn't important to us. And, as I mentioned, the drive into Winter Park is just minutes away from where we stayed. There you'll find plenty of restaurants and shops. The condo is immaculate - not a speck of dust or dirt, the carpet was in great shape (not shredded or dirty). Nicely decorated and comfortable. The evenings were cool, so we even tested the gas fireplace. Our condo overlooked the shared courtyard. Be sure to open the blinds to let lots of sunshine in. A nice balcony with chairs to relax with a cup of coffee, big screen TV that works, ironing board, hair dryer. The condo has a kitchenette, which we knew when we arranged to stay there. That means not a full-sized refrigerator, so if you're stocking up and planning on filling with food - keep that in mind. We only needed a small fridge for some soft drinks, fruit and juice. We ate out in the evenings. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dish soap, dishwasher powder; you name it! Toaster, coffee maker, all there. And not only is the unit clean and neat, the building and lobby are well kept, with key entry, as is the garage if you park in it (free in the summer; otherwise, $14 per day). Shared laundry room, snack/ice machine on 3rd floor, hot tubs, outdoor grills in a courtyard. There's more than enough room in the condo for two people (not sure what the maximum is). It's a one bedroom, king-sized bed. This was our first stay, and we "tested" it using a Groupon. We'll go back at regular rates. It's worth it.
Manager's Response:
Thank you for taking the time to give such an extensive and helpful review FC 3405. We are thrilled to hear that it was clean as a whistle (that's our goal!), We look forward to hosting you again and again. Thank you again, Sarah B, owner, Winter Park Lodging Company

We had a great time staying at this condo in Winter Park! We loved the location to the village and the ammenities that Fraser Crossing offered. The steaming hot tub was a great bonus after a long day on the slopes! The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. The large bathroom and soaking tub were fantastic! Winter Park Lodging's customer service was also amazing. They made sure that we were well taken care of in all aspects. We would absolutely stay here again!

Condo was close to lifts. My 14 year old son would ski all the back to the front door. Clean and convienent. We loved the parking garage which was heated and we parked right by the lobby. Check-in was very easy and hassle free. Residents were friendly to the guest and once again the location was excellent.
Great location to access all the new Winter Park amenities

It was nice to park the car and go by foot for 2 days. Restaurants, ice-skating, Starbucks all within walking distance. Base of Winter Park easily accessible. Use the wagons to cart the kids gear as it is a little ways to get to the beginner chair. Nice new building with modern amenities. A little pricey.
Great location

Great location for ski in/ski out; easily able to go to the room for lunch or to grab a forgotten item. Bathroom size is awesome as is the front area for coats/boots, etc - very nice surprise.Only drawbacks - wish there was a full size refrigerator and an oven.
Manager's Response:
Glad you enjoyed it and that you found it clean and comfortable. Yes, the 1 bedrooms with kitchenettes only have a microwave and no oven. the fridge is counter height. We look forward to having you back in the near future! Sarah - owner, Winter Park Lodging Company
