Great time in Winter Park...

Our family spent a week in Winter Park...stay at Needle#8 great place..would recommend to any family...

The four bedroom four bathroom condo was perfect for our family of 10. It was great because we all could be together and still have our own space. The kids loved having their own room with a bathroom and mini fridge. When we were at the condo they stayed in the hot tub.We adults enjoyed the dining area with the little window table. Sitting there in the mornings drinking coffee and looking at the mountains was awesome.The location in Fraser was perfect because we were right between Winter Park's lovely town and Sol Vista Ski area.The only thing missing was (more snow)...we had a wonderful time and hope to be back soon.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Needles #8 and Winter Park Lodging Company in Fraser was so accommodating to our family. Travelling with two teenage daughters made it a challenge to find accommodations offering enough space and privacy for all of us. Thanks for finding the perfect condo for my family.

House had great views, but needs to be cleaned better

Nice property, but the cleaning and over maintenance of the home is in need of tremendous attention. Toilets did not flush correctly, shower took over 30 min. to drain, several burned out light bulbs.

In the words of my children "it was a blast". Always is!

The townhouse was beautiful, comfy and cozy and the location worked out very well for us. The only downside would be the cleanliness, it wasn't very bad but not very good. The hot tub was in pretty bad shape. The teenagers did get in it, but not my husband and I. The water was cloudy and there was adistinct unpleasant odor not associated with chlorine. It seemed as though it was not getting serviced very often. Also, the washer and dryer did not perform well. The washer did not spin much water out of the clothing and the dryer took three cycles to get clothing dry. That said, the service was exceptional, check in was extremely easy and as always everyone in Winter Park was.and the leasing agency was friendly and helpful. We will be back again next year!
