Stylish, comfortable, convenient location!!

Stylish, well-appointed vacation home very close to skiing, tubing and more. Winter Park Lodging Co. staff were very attentive to our needs and followed up at every step to ensure we were satisfied. As a bonus, there's a great pizza place just steps from the front door!!

These people are really on top of everything from the very first phone call to book till check out. They follow up and keep you informed. Plus they are very friendly and genuinely appreciate your business. Where have they been all these years??? wouldnt' stay anywhere else... will be back with the U of al Ski club this Spring.. Probably the best customer service I aever had anywhere..

I would highly recommend this townhome,it had everything we needed. Super clean! Close to all the shops and ski resort. Staff at Winter Park Management was wonderful. Had a great time in Winter Park.

For a one bedroom condo it was nicely arranged. Combines living room, eating area and kitchen. Nice to have a washer and dryer available in the unit. The only draw back was the patio where you faced another two story condo so felt somewhat inclosed.

The gals at the rental company upgraded me to a condo in the city. I couldn't be more thrilled!! We were walking distance from town, the condo was quaint and cozy. The condo was very lovely and had all the amenities we needed. They called upon our arrival to ensure everything was in order, called upon our departure to check on how our stay was. The rental company by far exceeded my expecations. We loved waking up in the morning, having coffee on the back porch then walking into town for shopping. In the evenings, we walked across the street and caught live music at the local bar. We will be back!!!
Convenient stay while attending the Blues Festival

We stayed in this property while attending the Grand County Blues Festival. It was a short walk to the park each day for the festival. We got some groceries and cooked breakfast each morning and even grilled out one night on the patio. The furnishings and bed are very comfortable and we enjoyed watching some of our own Dvds in the TV/DVD player (bedroom and living room have one). We preferred this over the hotels we've stayed at the last 2 years while attending this festival.

Our visit was seamless and comfortable. After a long day of siteseeing in the mountains, it was wonderful to settle by the fireplace! I appreciate the cleanliness of the unit, and the rustic lodge feel. We even saw a family of moose stroll by the patio! Thank you so much. We're looking forward to returning!

Was so thankful to walk into a super clean condo. My husband loved the milk shake maker. Happily because of all the activities I did not gain weight.

The location was great! The unit was very clean and was well stocked with the basic necessities. The heat garage was awesome. This unit has a washer and dryer - that is a very big plus! The Radiant heat wasn't so great. We could not stay cool enough. We were told to leave the thermostat on 68 and we did for a couple of days, but it was just tooo hot in the unit. We lowered it a lil at time, but never got any real relief. We just kept the windows open while we were in the unit. A couple of other suggestions: needs more lighting and there was only one mirror and it was in the bathroom. It really does need at least one more mirror. Ceiling fans would have been great!

Thanks for the feedback, Sonya. Radiant heat is great in that it keeps the property an even temperature and not as dry as forced air. You often have to turn it down though if it's too warm for your liking, so that it says cool for you. Next time, I would put it on 60 degrees if you feel 68 is too warm for you. Relaxing

Nice and quiet, plenty of room for two. A bit off the beaten track. Price was a lot more than we usually spend for similar properties in Winter Park. If you have a very large SUV, it might not fit in the garage. Kitchen was very well appointed. The bathroom needs a shelf or two, since the only place to put items was by the sink or on the back of the toilet.

This was a nice place and it was great to have a kitchen. We were thrilled to find a snowshoe trail within walking distance. We were able to walk to some restaurants, bars and convenience stores. I would come back - it would be nice in the summer too!

The kitchen is beautiful and it has a large living area. Bedroom is small but comfortable, bathroom is large but not much counter space. No view to speak of but great to have a garage and be on the ground floor! Very easy to find. We would stay again but will bring some brighter lightbulbs so we can read!!
