So much better than a hotel room!

Awesome townhome! We stayed here with our two grown daughters and son-in-law. Very comfortable and private for all. Also had plenty of room to host another family of 7 for dinner and cocktails. Great deck areas. Only wish we had a grill to use but knew that was not an option before arriving. Very clean and well decorated! We will stay here again next year!

Great location. Townhouse was very comfortable and everything was up to date. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was great. Layout was perfect for a family vacation. Would have been perfect if we were able to use the outside grill and the garage.

Kirkendoll/Beer Ski Trip

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The home was beautiful and well stocked with most supplies. The location was in Frasier which was a bit of a commute in the evenings with the high ski traffic. Two evenings it took 25 minutes to get back from the slopes. My most favorite part of the condo was the open layout and the heated floors. I wish the living room had more seating, there was only seating for 4. We always had people sitting on the floor. We slept 6 people and had room for more with the pull out sofas. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Thank you for the review. During peak times at Christmas, we do get traffic downtown but the rest of Jan, Feb, March and April are usually very sparse traffic wise. Come back again and get some March fresh powder and no traffic. We look forward to hosting you again soon.

Great Vacation Home

We just vacationed for a week at Waterside West F3 and it was a great home for a family vacation. There was plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 baby. We had a great view and the house was just beautiful and very clean. It was a short walk to the bus stop. WPLBO did a great job for us when checking in and getting us ready for our stay...we will be back!

Great townhouse for our group of 8. The view form the deck is wonderful. The only thing missing was a hot tub - although we knew this before renting.

Excellent home- very close to the ski resort

This property was excellent. The only complaint I have is that the Internet said there was a hottub where we were staying. But I would reccomend this place to all my friends. Plus I would love to try and stay here everytime I come to Winter Park. Thanks for everything.

We looked into why your party would have thought there was a hot tub on site and think it's because we have "jetted tub" listed as an amenity which means the bathroom has a tub with jets. Wonderful Christmas

Our 4 night stay was during Christmas and all of our adult sons and their wives were with us in our 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath condo. As I have told all of my friends and family it was as perfect as it gets this side of heaven! We all had our own cozy and comfy bedroom and bath to retreat to when we needed to rest and relax. We had more than enough appliances and utensils to cook with and enjoy meals in the beautiful dining and kitchen area. The rooms were tastefully decorated and very clean,the weather was beautiful! WE were able to have fun in the snow---skiing, tubing, snowboarding, it was all wonderful! Since our youngest son is on the ski patrol there in Winter Park we hope we can make this as annual affair.
