Convenient Location and Updated Room

The rooms are in great shape - clean and modern. The kitchen has an adequate supply of plates, glasses, utensils, and pots/pans. The beds are really comfortable and the rooms nicely decorated. The description of the room says that it sleeps 4, which is technically does. However, the space is not really comfortable for 4 people to spend an extended amount of time in. With everyone's ski/boot bags, boots, and luggage (no storage area), the space was really cramped. Still, the location is unbeatable.

The Zephyr continues to be the premier location at the base of Winter Park. It is the only true ski-in ski-out location at the base. Unit 2215 was great, we had a tremendous time.

Great service from the booking to checkout. Very friendly and helpful. We loved the condo and it had everything we needed. It was very clean, bedding soft and plenty of towels. The location was great, next to ski rental and ski lift.

We received excellent service from Winter Park Lodging Company. The key was mailed to us, so no waiting in line to check in and there was a long line. The room was perfect and had nice personal touches such as the humidifier for those not used to the dryness. The unit was located in a convenient location to the amenities. Beer, food, and shopping within an easy walking distance.

This is my second time using Wlpc. They are friendly, helpful, organized...a real pleasure to work with. Here's my review of 2215: Pros: Both the bed in the bedroom and the fold-out sofa are amazingly comfortable. That's right, the fold out sofa is awesome. It's a memory foam mattress, and is really nice. No bars poking you or anything. I liked it so much I'm trying to find one like it for my house (Wplc, if you can find out where the owners got it, I'd be forever appreciative!). The condo is convenient. It's right off the elevator on the second floor, and even though it's right next to the two-story lobby, I had absolutely no issues with noise from other residents. They had all the necessities there when we got there. Plus they had some games and movies. Cons: The unit is very dark. They seriously need to do something about the lighting, especially in the bedroom. Also, this unit was difficult to keep at a pleasant temperature. It would get really hot at times, and we ended up sleeping with the window cracked on most nights just to make it comfortable. Also, the TV had sound issues. I'm pretty sure this was a cable issue (it only happened on some channels), but it was annoying. Finally, one elevator was broken for almost our entire trip. All in all, this is a good unit. They could make it much better by fixing the lighting. I would definitely stay here again, especially if they fixed the lighting issue. And I will definitely rent for Wplc ever time I stay in Winter Park. One last note. Winter Park Resort was bought by Intrawest a few years back. While Intrawest has made many improvements, the level of customer service at the resort has suffered. The employees are far less informed, and not nearly as laid back and polite. This is a real bummer because the laid back atmosphere was one of the things that really attracted me to Winter Park.

I used a groupon from this booking and it was a great experience. Other than not being able to check in early, the condo and the staff were great. The hot tub was hard to find from the lobby, but eventually we found it.

I was able to get such a great deal on this unit through Groupon. Everything about this experience was wonderful. Winter Park Lodging Company was gracious and attentive, checking in with us before and after our check in. Great communication to make sure how to get there, the check in process, and what we were actually paying for. The unit was really nice, very clean, updated, and comfortable. Our unit was right in the village and my boys had a blast being able to watch much of the action from the unit's balcony. It was so nice to be able to walk out of the lobby and step in to the action...and not have to get in the car to get to somewhere. Lot's of food choices close by and great discounts included with the lodging package. This would have been a great deal at regularly published rates but it was all the more sweeter with a discount! Thank you to the owners of the unit for such a lovely place to stay, and thank you to Winter Park Lodging Company for such a wonderful experience!

The perfect condo for a summer getaway!

Our family of four had an absolutely perfect 3 day getaway while staying in Zephyr 2215. The condo was extremely clean and very beautifully decorated. And, the view from the balcony was the best feature of all--it's directly across from the outdoor fireplace, and you also have a beautiful view of the mountain. We even had one night where campfire songs were being sung around the fire! It just doesn't get any better than that for a summer visit. I spent one night on the fold-out couch bed with my son, and it was actually pretty comfortable. Plus, the King bed size was an added benefit. The room is also very close to the elevators and rear lodge exit into the Village, which made going back/forth to the room extremely easy when you've got little ones in tow. While there, we flipped though the guest book left in the room by the owners. I was very excited to see the owner make a few comments in early 2011 about some condo improvements they've got planned for the year. It really seems like these owners care quite a bit about maintaining a very nice, updated condo. Thanks again!

Very pleasant - close to everything

We found the unit very comfortable and close to what we wanted to do, It was well stocked and clean. The only complaint that could be registered is not against the lodging but against the available restaurants in the time frame we were there. One comment; however, is that the literature provided prior to arriving was geared toward winter visitors in that it listed a parking fee - which is only imposed in the winter. Another item is that we were told to bring toilet paper and paper towels of which there were plenty.

The unit was small but the location was great. We loved the ski in ski out feature. One downside was the living room was next to the entryhall, and drunk partiers woke our daughter Saturday night. Amy from Winter Park Lodging was so helpful! She came out Sunday morning to give us our missing Vip pass and some discount coupons.

This particular unit was very comfortable and inviting. Everything I hoped it would be. The kids had a great time and we were all glad the unit was so close to the lift. Ski locker on 1st floor was very convenient.

We were very happy with our condo. It was in the perfect location! We had a great view and it was easy to get right to the slopes! Nicely decorated, clean, and plently of room. Having a locker was also very nice! We'll be back!

Right in the heart of the action!

Our stay at Zephyr 2215 was a great experience. We loved the fact that we were right there in the middle of all of the action. Restaurants and stores were right around the corner and best of all we could walk out the front door and catch the chairlift! The accomodations were clean and exactly what we expected. My brother said that the pull out sofa was actually "comfortable" and felt like sleeping on a bed and not the old style pull outs! Winter Park Lodging Company was very responsive to our requests for the lift coupons. When we decided to ski an additional day they promptly dropped off the coupons for us. We had such a wonderful time and would definitely recommend staying here again as well as going through the Winter Park Lodging Company!

It was up to date with modern colors and decor with a cozy comfortable feel. The view was so nice I loved sitting just looking outside. I absolutely loved parking underground it was so warm.

We loved the condo with its beautiful view of the slops and the new village. Winter Park was just the kind of place we were looking for. My daughter said it is the first place she has ever been that she didn't have to stand in line for lifts and wants to return there next year. My nephew said it was the best snow skiing ever and wants to return next year. My husband and I are not skiers so we went on adventures driving in all directions from Winter Park and marveled at God's creations throughout our drives. The only suggestion is we would like to have enough towels and washclothes so that we did not have to wash and dry them daily. However, the lundry room was just a couple doors down from our condo which made it very convenient for me and I never had to wait to use the washer and dryer. The entire family wants to return to Winter Park next year. The complementary lift tickets sealed the deal for us to rent from your company. Everything was just as pictured on the internet and stated to us by your employees. Thanks for making our vacation a great one!

We had such a great time! In fact such a great time that we are thinking of doing it next year and making it a yearly Christmas tradition. Love the Christmas eve parade, bonfire and was an added bonus that there was catholic services right there.
