Description

This exceptional Village condo is one of a kind, situated in the corner of the building and overlooking the Village and ice skating pond. It has its own 1200 square-foot private deck with outdoor furniture, from where you can sit back and watch the skiers or bikers come down the mountain. Enjoy family time with sleeping for eight guests, flat-screen TVs and many games. Plus, there is new bedding and a private washer/dryer. Located on the mezzanine level, you can even walk from your private deck right to the outdoor hot tub, BBQ and fireplace. The owners have added great features to make your visit truly special. 

Sleeping Arrangements: King bed in first bedroom, a queen bed and set of bunk beds in second bedroom, plus a pullout queen bed.

Distance to Resort: In Village, two-minute walk to Zephyr chairlift. Two miles from downtown Winter Park.

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the deck, the grill and the hot tub. Very nice view and a very comfortable place, had all the kitchen stuff we needed and it was very lovely. Nice to have some games in the closet and good to have extra blankets.

We had a great time. Winter Park Lodging was terrific. We had a problem with the fridge and when a replacement could not be delivered for a couple of days they got a small fidge to tide us over and gave us a gift certificate which covered our dinner at a downtown resturant. The condo could not have been nicer and was very close to the slopes. We did encounter parking problems one day and had to park in the garage on the other side of the condo complex. The rest of the time we parked right under our condo. Hats off to Winter Park Lodging-we even got a call two days before we were to travel just to make sure everything was in order and answer any questions we had. A+

Nice place to stay in Winter Park

This condo was nicely located on the main floor, so you could easily access the Jacuzzi. Had plenty of games and a nice patio area with a barbecue. A short walk to the ski lifts and the village. I would definately stay in this unit again.

The condo is very nice. Our kids love the bunk beds and the table games. We will stay in this condo again. The service that we received from WPLC was outstanding. YOU ARE THE BEST. It would be great if you could tell the owners to change the TV furniture for a six or eight drawer furniture in the master bedroom.
great unit for ski trip

The unit is perfectly located, just a short walking distance to lifts. Unit itself is very spacious, nicely furnished. I appreciate the late check out option. It allowed all my group to enjoy skiing to the last minute. I am sure I will rent this unit again.
Great value and location, location, location

The staff at Winter Park Lodging could not be more accommodating. We have stayed at multiple resorts over the years, and these folks have definitely been the most attentive. The condo is attractive, well equipped, and as advertised. It's proximity to the Zephyr Lodge and base village are a plus. All in all, a great value.
Great Condo!

We were happy to find this condo exactly as described. It's in the corner overlooking the pond & village and we really liked walking out onto the HUGE deck and seeing everything going on. It was roomy enough for all of us and everything was clean and well kept up. Super convenient to the slopes and hot tub, loved the underground parking. This was a great place (and trip!) for our family and we will definitely come here again.

Samantha of Winter Park Lodging was a big help! This condo was outstanding. Everything was in good condition. We liked the easy access to the hot tub. Location was good. Just across the street from the base. Sometimes it was a little tricky finding a wagon to pull the 3 year old.
Crossing

No toilet tissue paper,Light bulbs out in bathroom. Only one t.v that worked. Should be another t.v in second bedroom.We skied the day we check out and the key would not let us in to retrieve our prepacked car. Need more blankets and pillows. This is all fixable and will stay again. Just want to help you! We had three children 8,8,&10 ( T.V thing)

Doug, Thank you for the review. We're glad to hear you will stay again and you're right - it's all fixable and has been since fixed other than adding a 2nd TV and additional pillows. We will recommend those two items to the owners. The keys to the property expire at 10am when you check out, so that's why they didn't work later in the day. If you ever want to get back in the afternoon next time, just call us and we can arrange for the keys to be extended. Thanks again! Sarah & the WPLBO team.
