Description
This is a rare end-unit downtown town home that is also surrounded by open space. Enjoy the private hot tub and view wildlife meandering in the historic Idlewild ski area that is now brimming with nordic ski, hiking and mountain bike trails. The free winter shuttle to the slopes stops just a block away, so you'll be to the mountain in no time.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Two master suites - one with a King bed and one with a Queen. The downstairs bedroom has bunk beds with a adjoining bathroom. There is also a brand new sleeper queen sofa in the living area.

Wonderful Christmas 2011!

Beautiful place and so nicely provisioned! Beds so comfortable, kitchen well equipped, nice hot tub, great having a garage and furnishing and decor made it feel so inviting and warm. Loved too that when we arrived so did our rental boots through Winter Park custom delivery (free!). Easy access then to pick up skis in the morning! Winter Park Lodging Company was great, too ... arranged not only lodging, but great deal on lift tickets, coordinated ski rentals and handled my questions promptly, professionally and thoughtfully. Also provided great information about the area and things to do. Highlights ... skiing of course, snowmobiling with Will at Grand adventures and snowshoeing up at Snow Mountain Ymca. Wonderful Christmas memories!

This is a conveniently-located, attractive condominium that we enjoyed very much. The service from Winter Park Lodging was excellent, with phone calls to make sure all was well and prompt repair of a broken faucet. Having the front door lock code was great, as we did not have to check in anywhere or worry about who had the keys.

We had a nice experience at 300 Sawmill. Being an end unit was a nice bonus. The unit is very clean and comfortable for 4-5 people. I suspect it would start to feel small with more guests. The location is good - ~3 miles to the mountain and a short drive / long walk from the main town area. Main negatives were no bathroom on the main floor (manageable) and no propane in grill (bad luck but disappointing), which we didn't find out until we were ready to use it.

Very well kept comfortable condo. The kitchen is also equipped with everything you need. We had enough room for 4 adults and 2 kids. The boys liked the hot tub after a day skiing. It?s only a very short walk to the free shuttle bus stop. The people from winter park lodging company are very helpful and extremly friendly.

The trip was an overall success! We had never rented a condo and were apprehensive in doing so. Amy at WPLC was extremely helpful in finding a place for the weekend. Upon arrival we found that we needed nothing more for the trip but to enjoy our time. Everything was put in place and ready for our arrival. Overall a great job and amazing weekend..
Family Time in Winter Park

My kids wanted a white Christmas, so I decided to take the family to Winter Park - and we were not disappointed. Plenty of snow, plenty of fun. The condo was better than I had hoped - it's hard to tell too much about a place from looking at a few photographs, but this home was beautiful. Not sure when it was built, but it felt brand new. Everything was clean and organized, comfortable and cozy. The hot tub did not go unused after skiing all day and the everyone had their own bed - a plus when hauling around four kids. Plenty of family time, yet plenty of room for everyone to have some private time when they wanted. The end unit was very convenient and offered room for the kids to play outside. It was quiet and simply beautiful. Highly recommended.
